Paul J. Meyaart
Paul Meyaart’s background comprises some 40 years of financial and operational management experience. He has served as CFO, Vice President Finance and Administration, Treasurer and Controller in a variety of consumer-oriented companies with sales ranging from $ 75 million to $ 1 billion. In 1990 he joined Brincko Group.
As part of the Brincko organization Mr. Meyaart served as Managing Director of 10 European subsidiaries of CalComp Technology Europe, part of a publicly traded subsidiary of Lockheed Martin Corporation. He handled the sale of these operations and their ultimate liquidation and windup. Previous to this, he served as bankruptcy claims agent and consultant for Sun World International, a leading produce grower in California. In other engagements, Mr. Meyaart developed a strategic acquisition plan for Strouds and served as CFO of Sahlen & Associates/Globe Security, a leading security guard operation, where he handled the sale of the company and the bankruptcy claims distributions.
Prior to joining Brincko Group, Mr. Meyaart served as Vice President Finance and Treasurer of a major household products division of American Home Products and CFO of The American Distilling Co., a NYSE-listed company. In addition, he held senior financial and operational positions with CBS/FOX and Knoll International.
Mr. Meyaart holds an MBA degree from the University of Chicago. He is fluent in Dutch, French and has an excellent working knowledge of several other languages.
